August 25, 8:30am - 1:00pm for grades 10 and 12.

Emergency Card (Please email AND print out and bring to Walk Thru)
Email Instructions:Click on the Email button which will bring up two choices -
If you use Microsoft Outlook, make sure you open your email and sign in before trying to email the Emergency Card. When you click on the Email button, choose "Desktop Email Application", which will automatically bring up a new email form to send with the card attached.
For all other Email systems, choose "Internet Email" which will allow you to save the Emergency Card with the information you have typed in and then send it as an attachment using your own email system.

Authorization to Administer Medication During School Hours
An authorization form is required for ALL medicines, whether prescription or over-the-counter, and will be kept in the office along with the medication. Distribution will be by school personnel only. Please note - Students may NOT carry any medications/pills/cold medicine, etc. with them on the school campus EXCEPT for items such as Inhalers, Diabetes Equipment, EpiPens, and Oxygen.
