Senior Events 2011-12

Graduation Cap

Senior Picnic – 9/14  8am - 3pm
Senior Brunch  – 3/28, Centre Concord, 9am
Senior Awards –  5/22, 7-9pm, Multi-Use Room (Date was moved back from 5/30 to 5/22)

Senior Ball – 5/19   Julia Morgan Ball Room, San Francisco 8pm-Midnight
Senior Moving Up Rally - TBA
Cap & Gown Distribution -   6/6 at Lunch and Period 6 in the MU (Cafeteria)

Graduation Practice - 6/14 8:45am check in at Entrance Gate - Attendance is required in order to participate in the graduation ceremony.
GRADUATION CEREMONY  - 6/14 7pm Sleep Train Pavilion - Make sure everyone in your group has a ticket  (Graduates must check in behind the Pavilion by 5:45pm)
  Grad Night - 6/14 - Check in 9pm - 11pm

Cap & Gown Distribution

Missed picking up your cap and gown?  Go to the Vice Principals' Secretary, Mrs. Barnett, at Brunch or Lunch.  Bring ID.

ORDER YOUR FINAL TRANSCRIPTS!

ALL Universities and Colleges, including DVC, require final sealed  transcripts be sent from CVHS AFTER the 2nd Semester grades are posted in June.  You can make sure this will happen by following the instructions posted outside the Registrar's Office, including bringing in a stamped envelope addressed to your school and putting your name on the correct list in Mrs. Kobata's Office.  Remember, after July 2, you may have to wait until Fall. DO NOT MISS OUT!
